This past weekend, I popped my Comic Con cherry. I live in Southern California so you’d think that would’ve happened earlier, but I always thought I’d feel out of place there. I definitely have my nerdy side—Xena was my childhood idol, Buffy was my BFF, and I love Game of Thrones and all the new Marvel stuff—but that’s nothing in the nerd realm.
